Dear Brothers and Sisters Assalaamu-Alaikum,

The Salaheddin Islamic Centre is a Masjid in Scarborough, Ontario providing many programs and services to its community (Muslim and non-Muslim). Some of our services include:
- Congregational Prayer (5 times a day, Jummah and Eid prayers)
- Full-Time Islamic School (Junior Kindergarten - Grade 12)
- Weekend Madrasah
- Travel Agency
- Marriage Services
- Family Counselling Services
- Gym/Hall Rental
- Community/Youth Sporting Events (e.g. basketball, badminton, martial arts)
- Iftar program during the month of Ramadan
- Food Bank Services (assisting over 300 families a week)
- Janazah Services
- And more.

While the majority of these programs have associated fees in order to operate, they are charged at a minimum and sometimes even given for free (i.e. to those in need), to better serve our patrons. In the past, these activities have been able to operate, by Allah's Tawfiq and then by generous donors. Over the past year, there has been an increase in the number of people who are looking for our services and assistance at the Masjid, which in-turn, increases our overall expenses and deficit.

We are humbly requesting everyone who reads this, to make an intention to assist us in the operation of our programs and services by:
1) making dua for our continued ability to provide these services,
2) consider attending the Masjid more often, for those who are in the area and getting involved in the activities, and
3) to donate whatever you can, if you are able to do so.

By Allah's permission and then by your continued support, Salaheddin Islamic Centre will continue to help its congregants and community members at large, bi ithnillah, bi awnillah.

We thank everyone for their contribution, whether it be by their intention, their dua, their presence in the Masjid, or by their wealth. We ask Allah to bless us all and our families and to give us all the goodness of this life and the next and to save us all from the Hell fire. Ameen.
